Our SIG meeting is for people who work for an educational institution whose job description requires them to support, design, and/or maintain some form of presentation technology in classrooms. This includes built in computer support, audio/video routing and control, as well as distance learning, recording, and teleconferencing. Support technicians regularly are required to develop solutions to meet the needs of their end users. We benefit from discussing our progress, problems, and future goals. This meeting will host a topic-based open forum discussion between the groups or individuals who represent different institutions across the commonwealth.
