So often in IT, plans are developed for recovering from equipment fault to natural disasters, however do you have plans for Critical Employee loss at your institution. This presentation is how Germanna Community College survived having one quarter of IT positions vacant, which included the CTO and two of the three manager/supervisor positions. Presentation will include lessons learned through this experience.
