Campuses are always changing. What was right for Mason's Project Management Office (PMO) in 2010 needed to be updated to meet our current and future needs. Join us and learn from Mason's Project Managers and our customers as we share our refreshed framework, how we updated it, and the benefits to key user communities. Customers will share focus and insight on the changes and how we ultimately simplified the process to ensure we focused on value at each step along the project lifecycle.

We'll take time to walk through how we took a 120+ page framework and boiled it down to 20 pages of direct, value-added steps for our project teams. You'll see training materials and templates, and learn how our approach as what's now the Portfolio and Project Management Office helps ensure our project teams are set up for success.
