When was the last time you looked at the way your training was designed and survyed its effectiveness? We thought it was time to throw 'what we had always done' out the door and start from scratch. At ODU, we took at a look at what the data said about how students today like to learn and are applying those principles to our IT Help Desk student worker training. We will share how we are updating our training to align with the preferences of our students which is part of our plan to train our student workers faster and better.
