Graduate of Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Management Science and Information Technology with a concentration in Decision Support Systems.  Before coming to VCU, worked 14 years of private sector positions in IT management, computer systems administration, desktop support and networking.  Since 2015, have served as the Manager of VCU Desktop Services which now includes 4 operations of Desktop Services (faculty and staff desktop computing support), fixIT (campus computer repair), OnePrint Pay (student printing) and VCU PD & Public Safety IT (campus Emergency Notification Systems, Meraki cameras, VCU PD servers/systems/applications/etc.)
