I have worked with the Division of IT for 12 years in various roles with IT Support.Several years ago, the Division of IT created a new department dedicated to Customer and employee experience and engagement; IT Experience & Engagement. I have the pleasure of being part of the unit that works collaboratively with other units within the Division and distributed IT to make a better experience for each other and our users. I am part of an excellent training team that focuses on the training and development of training material for Faculty, Staff, Helpdesk, and partner departments. I love people! I love to teach! I love IT!
